Butterfly Valves – VM7600 Series
This product series designed to be installed between pipe line flanges. It may be used as regulating valves (control) or as shut off (on-off action) in a wide range of gases, vapors and liquids. It is provided with a mounted pneumatic actuator.
Body:
Types: VM7600 (Fish Tail).
Diameter: from 2" up to 14” .
End Connections: To be mounted between RF flanges, #150, # 300 or #600 (according to ASME ANSI B16.5/96).
Control Characteristic: Modified Equal Percentage.
Trim Type: Fish Tail Disk.
Body Type: Waffer type Butterfly.
Body Material: Cast Iron (ASTM A216-WCB), Stainless Steel (ASTM A351-CF8M) and other alloys depending on service conditions.
Trim Material: SAE 1045 Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (ASTM A351-CF8M) and other alloys depending on service conditions.
Leakage: Classes II (according to ASME ANSI B16.104/76), depending on the application.
Flow Direction: Flow must enter the valve by the disc upper edge, leaving the “fishtail” downstream.
