VA Series
The VA series are self operated relief valves, they are used in wide range of clean, non viscous gases and liquids. Its application is on processes where the temperature range goes from 0 °C up to 60 °C , they have a wide range of pressure drops. This design is used where a good relief range is required.
Body:
Diameter: from 1/2” up to 1 1/2”.
End Connections: Screwed: NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Control Characteristic: Quick Opening.
Body Type: Globe.
Body Material: Cast Iron (ASTM A216-WCB).
Trim Material: Stainless Steel, Brass and Nitrile Rubber or Neoprene. For other combination of trim materials please contact us.
Leakage: Classes IV and VI (according to ASME ANSI B16.104/76), depending on the application.
VA125
This type has an unbalanced trim and has a Fail to Close failure position.
Body:
Diameter: from 1/2” up to 1 1/2”.
