RG107 Series
This product series is mainly used when quick response, security and high capacity is required. It is mainly used in gas distribution systems, boilers, furnaces and compressed air distribution systems; in low, medium or high pressure ranges.
Body:
Diameter: form 1/2” up to 12” for RG107A, RG107C and Rg107D models; from 1” up to 6” for RG107BK type.
End Connections: Screwed: NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96); Flanged: RTJ or RF #150, #300 or #600 (according to ASME ANSI B16.5/96).
Maximum Inlet Pressure: 100 kg/cm 2 for RG107A and RG107C models; 19 kg/cm 2 for RG107D type, and 4 kg/cm 2 for RG107BK type.
Outlet Pressure Range: From 1 kg/cm 2 up to 50 kg/cm 2 for RG107A and RG107C models; From 0,02 kg/cm 2 up to 17 kg/cm 2 for RG107D type; and from 15 up to 50 mmwc for RG107BK. Contact your local sales representative for other pressure ranges.
Control Device: Operated by a P6351S type pilot, P6351S/AR type pilot, P6351B type pilot or by a P6351B/AR type pilot.
Fail Action Position: Fail to Close.
Control Characteristic: Equal Percentage, Linear or Quick Opening.
Trim Type: Standard or Noise Abatement.
Body Type: Globe.
Body Material: Cast Iron (ASTM A216-WCB) for bodies and actuators; except for RG107BK type actuator, that is Cast Aluminum.
Leakage: Class VI (according to ASME ANSI B16.104/76).
Optional Accessories: Pre Reducer, F250 type or F254 type line strainer.
