R1 Series
This product series is used as a commuting device (together with the RM1 type relay), for opening or closing valves pneumatically operated, according to its set pressure.
Commuting Pressure Range: Adjustable from 0,02 kg/cm 2 up to 0,2 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 65 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Maximum Pressure Through the Body: Up to 10 kg/cm 2 .
Construction Materials: Signal chamber in Aluminum; Body and Cap in Laminated Brass or 316 Stainless Steel; Diaphragm and Plug in Neoprene; Other parts in 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Brass.
Mounting: in any position.
R2 Series
This product series is used as a commuting device (together with the RM1 type relay), for opening or closing valves pneumatically operated, according to its set pressure.
Commuting Pressure Range: Adjustable from 0,1 kg/cm 2 up to 80 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 65 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Maximum Pressure Through the Body: Up to 10 kg/cm 2 .
Construction Materials: Signal chamber in Aluminum, Laminated Brass or 316 Stainless Steel; Body and Cap in Laminated Brass or 316 Stainless Steel; Diaphragm in Neoprene; Plug in Neoprene or PTFE; Other parts in 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Brass.
Mounting: in any position.
RM1 Series
This product series is used as a commuting device (together with the R1 type or R2 type relay), for opening or closing valves pneumatically operated.
Maximum Commuting Pressure: Up to 30 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Pressure Through the Body: Up to 20 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 65 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Construction Materials: Signal chamber in Aluminum or 316 Stainless Steel; Body ,Cap and piston in Laminated Brass; Stem in 316 Stainless Steel; U-Packing and O-Rings in Neoprene; Reset Lever in Laminated Brass.
Mounting: in any position.
Accessories: Release Push Button.
R16 Series
This product series is a three way robust commuting device, used as a vent relay, for opening or closing valves pneumatically operated; or as a security / protection. It is mainly used with clean, non viscous gaseous fluids.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Up to 17,5 kg/cm 2 (250 psi(g)).
Outlet Pressure Range: From 0,2 kg/cm 2 up to 7 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 65 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Construction Materials: Body in Cast Brass; Spring case in Cast Aluminum; Other parts in 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Brass.
